How
do I put Money on my card?
You can put money on your card by clicking here. You can go to the Cajun Card Office, call UL-1CARD
(337-851-2273), use the Automatic Deposit Machines (ADMs) located on campus, or
mail a check to PO BOX 42650, Lafayette, LA 70504.

What are ADM's and where are they located?
ADM's are Automatic Deposit Machines that accept cash deposits only. There is one machine located near the Student Union
Information Desk and one on the 1st floor of Dupre' Library.

Who
is eligible to obtain a Cajun Card?
All students that are registered
for one or more hours in the current semester are
eligible
to receive a Cajun Card. Please be sure to bring a pictured form of ID for identification purposes.

Do I have to get a new ID every semester?
No, your student ID is good as long as you are a registered student with the university. However, if the Cajun Card office changes the card in any form, you will be notified to receive a new one at no charge.

Are there refunds?
Cajun Cash may be refunded to students
who are transferring to another university, withdrawing
from
UL Lafayette, or graduating
from UL Lafayette. Students must have a balance of at least five dollars before a refund will be issued. The individual must go to the Cajun Card Office,
and a check will be mailed to their current address. There are no refunds
for Declining Balance or Dining Dollars.

What happens if my
card is lost or stolen?
If your Cajun Card is lost or stolen click here
to deactivate it. If you subsequently find the lost card or need to
purchase a new one you must report to the Cajun Card Office.

How much does it
cost for a new card?
A fee of $20 is assessed to replace the ID card
regardless if it has been stolen or lost.

If my card gets damaged or does not work, do
I have to pay for another card?
If the card has normal wear and tear, the office will replace the card for free. Damaged
cards will be assessed at the office, in which management will determine whether or not you
will be charged the $20 replacement fee. If your card does not work, either a new card
will be printed at no charge, or the problem will be corrected within our office.

What happens if my
last name changes?
First, the card holder must change his or her name
in the Registrars Office. After the changes have been made in the
Registers Office the card holder must return their old card to the
Cajun Card Office to be able to receive a new card with the name
corrections.

How can I retrieve my Cajun Card Number
if I lost or forgot my card?
You can retrieve you account number by logging-in to your ULink account and clicking on the corresponding tab. You may also stop by the Cajun Card Office.

Can I get cash back on my card when making a purchase?
No, currently all money put on your card goes directly towards your purchases.

What is the Red Dot on
my Cajun card?
The red dot signifies that you are eligible to receive discounts at particpating
locations. Red Dot rewards are sponsored by the UL Lafayette Student Government
Association (SGA). To view locations, you can visit their website at
sga.louisiana.edu.
