Making an Online Deposit
Instructions on how to make an online deposit:
On the first Credit Card Deposit request page you will have the option of choosing Standard Access or Parental Pre-pay.
Standard Access is for students who have their Cajun Card Number and PIN.
Parental Pre-pay is for parents who have the Cajun Card Number and date of birth.
Standard Access
- If you are a student, leave the Standard Access circle checked. You
will need your Cajun Card Number and PIN to log in. If you have not created a PIN click here to
create one.
- Enter the 9 digit Cajun Card Number into the Cajun Card Number Field.
This number is located at the very bottom of your Cajun Card. Your Cajun
Card Number is NOT your CLID.
- For Standard Access, enter your PIN in the PIN field. (Forgot your PIN?)
- Click submit, and you will be taken to Credit Card Deposit request page.
Parental Pre-Pay
- If you are making a deposit for a student, check the Parental Pre-pay button. You will need the students 9 digit Cajun Card Number and the date of birth to log in.
- Enter the 9 digit Cajun Card Number into the Cajun Card Number Field. This number is located at the very bottom of the Cajun Card. The Cajun Card Number is NOT the students CLID.
- Enter the date of birth in the Date of Birth Field in MM/DD/YYYY formatt (e.g. 09/15/1989).
- Click submit, and you will be taken to the Credit Card Deposit request page.
On the second Credit Card Deposit request page
- Enter the Credit Card Number.
- Enter the Card Validation Digits. The Card Validation Digits are the
three numbers located on the back of the credit card, typically after the Credit
Card number.
- Enter the expiration date of the credit card in MMYY format (e.g.
1211).
- Enter the last name that is on the Cajun Card in the Last Name field. (Please note that this is not the last name that is on your Credit Card.)
- Enter the first name that is on the Cajun Card in the First Name field. (Please note that this is not the first name that is on your Credit Card.)
- Enter the student's university email address.
- Enter the amount that you would like deposited.
- Click on the Submit button and your transaction will start, you will be redirected to the receipt page.
- Your transaction is complete.
- Do not submit more than once, if you are not redirected to the receipt page call the Cajun Card office at (337) 851-2273
