Cajun Cash Refund Request

If you are graduating or resigning from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, fill out this form to receive your Cajun Cash refund.

Please note, this refund form does not cover Declining Balance.  For a refund of your Declining Balance please contact campusfoodservices@louisiana.edu to begin the process.

Before You Begin: Check Your Address On File

Log in to find what address the University has on file for you. Sign in with your Cajun Card number and password.

The first screen you see will be have your personal information and your address is on the last line.

  • If the address the University has on file for you is no longer current/correct: Download the refund form.
    • You will have to print, fill out and return the PDF to us via email, regular mail, or in person.
    • Visit our contact us page for our location and contact information.
  • If the address on file is correct: Continue to fill out this form.

Please note if you have Direct Deposit set up for refunds on your student account then you will see your refund within 5 to 10 days.

Check by mail refunds can take 2 to 3 weeks to process.
